“Ariane has supported me through the college process so much. She helped me to find and get into the perfect school for me. She assisted me with what felt like millions of supplements and essays, and helped me to perfect them. Meeting with her weekly has never felt like a chore because our energies matched so well, and she feels like a friend to me. She took the time to get to know me and connect with me through my interests and hobbies. Our shared interest in communication (Ariane majoring in it) has made me feel like I made the right decision for my major. Throughout the whole time I felt empowered and confident in the whole college process, which is a blessing because before Ariane I was nervous and stressed about going through the whole college process alone. Also she has been amazing with communicating and meeting with my mom and I, to make sure all three of us were on the same page. Even though I only meet with her once a week, she has also been available and answered any questions I had throughout the rest of the week. Ariana has been the biggest support and I truly can not stress how much she has helped me, she is energetic, caring, and a great listener. She has inspired me and has gotten me excited to go to college, and I am so happy I got to build a relationship where I know she will always be there.”

"Once I became a senior, I was always stressed about the college experience, especially when it came to the application process. I’m the first in my family to ever enter into college, and my family had no clue on what to do. We then turned to Academic Architect, in hopes to be able to go through the process without making any mistakes at all. What we didn’t know that was going to happen, was that we would’ve not only had out everything I needed for college, but create bonds with the people we worked with. I expected A.A to be more of a service where you get on a call and work on the application process, and end there. But no, it’s not like that at all. Rather then feeling like these calls were solely for business, it felt like if I was talking with friends that also were able to help us along the process. The bonds I created with the staff are bonds that I’ll never forget. Every time I hopped onto a call with them, I never was bored. I was always able to get the help that I needed as well as being able to casual talk with my advisor about anything happening in our lives. It’s that connection that was created that made A.A feel special. The times where staff and clients would meet up all together and just have an amazing time, I’ll never forget that. There was so much help given to me, including practice for the SAT, creating the resume, and tons of help for the dreaded essay! It felt like all the stress I had was lifted off my shoulders. The results that I’ve gotten, I could never be any happier. In the end, I truly believe that without Academic Architect, I wouldn’t have made it to any of my colleges."

"Hi everyone, I'm Connor and I worked with Ariane this year. My older brother had worked with Lia years ago and now finally it was my time to work with the wonderful business known as Academic Architect. As soon as I joined that first zoom meeting with Ariane, I knew that we had an amazing connection. Even though we had never met or seen each other in person, I had a feeling that working with her would be extremely successful and productive, yet stress-free. Every time I met with Ariane, I was always excited to join the zoom and spend the first ten minutes catching her up on what was going in my life. It was extremely easy to get into touch with both Ariane and Lia. Anytime I needed something or had a question, I could text Lia and she would respond within minutes. She's the fastest responder out there and will answer your questions both quickly and efficiently. When working with Ariane, we built such a great resume in just one session. It had all of my extracurriculars, academics, jobs, essentially everything I needed to put on there. Without working with Ariane and Lia, I would not have known how to build such a resume. Another reason why working with Lia and Ariane was such a good process was because of how little amount of stress there would be. I submitted all of my college applications by the end of October and I never once felt super overwhelmed or burnt-out of the process. They help guide you through the entire process, step-by-step, and it never got to the point where I felt pressured or swamped with work. After Lia and Ariane helped evolve my supplements and essay overtime, it actually helped with my writing inside of school. I learned how to be more focused in my writing. In addition, I learned how to use semicolons properly which is a BIG thing that students tend not to learn in school anymore. I am definitely pleased with the results right now. I applied to eight schools, and out of those schools I've been accepted to four schools (three out of the four offered scholarships -- almost 100k in merit money from just three schools), waiting to hear back from three schools, and rejected from only ONE school (which was definitely a reach). After my last application was submitted, I still have been able to keep in contact with both Lia and Ariane with any questions, concerns, issues, gossip, anything in my life. Right before I started to work with Academic Architect, my Grandma had passed away. I was extremely close to my Grandma and this was a big change in my life. Once Lia found out about my loss, she had texted me for hours both comforting, supporting, and helping me deal with the loss of my Grandma. She took the time out of her day, to spend it texting me, making sure that I was doing okay. It goes to show that even though this is a college/career business, she cares about all of her students like they are her own children. It really meant a lot for me that she put in so much time and thought to comfort me through a difficult time. Lia and Ariane are both such kind hearted and dedicated people to their student and truly help with the college process."

"Ariane was great! It was always really easy to get in touch with her whenever I needed. It was really easy to talk about what schools I was looking for and Ariane really helped guide me through the process of deciding what schools to apply to and if they were what I was looking for. She was also really helpful in creating my resume because I did not know where to start with my resume. She also really helped with my essays because I also had no idea where to start with all of those and she really helped guide me through them and helped me come off the way I wanted to on paper. This helped a lot with my stress because I was able to be guided and shown what to do as my parents and I both had know clue where to start in this whole process. I was surprised that I had gotten into some places that other people hadn’t which definitely made me think it was because my supplements were strong thanks to Ariane. I definitely felt supported throughout the whole process and after as well! Thank you!"

"Ariane was great! I felt comfortable talking to her and she was always available to answer any questions I had over text. I think we got along really well and I always had fun talking to her even when it was about boring/stressful college stuff. Having her to guide me through the process allowed me to lay out the steps I needed to take which made the whole thing a lot more organized, especially when I compared my experience to friends who did not have such advising. The social events were fun and definitely had a lot of good food! It was nice to see everyone in person! I'm definitely happy with the results of this advising. I had a great person to review my essays and help me answer confusing supplemental questions and now I'm enrolled in a prestigious university with sufficient merit money! I was definitely still texting Ariane with questions and updates after my applications were submitted and she always responded within the day. Overall, I had a great experience and it made the process 100x easier, thank you all! "

"I’m about to graduate in less than 30 days, and all I can think about is how much Ariane has helped me throughout the college application process and supported me through every triumph and challenge along the way. I can’t believe how fast time has flown. It feels like just yesterday I was on my first Zoom call with Ariane, talking about my goals after high school and which colleges I had in mind. Ariane helped me figure out what I truly wanted in a college and broke down each step of the process. She curated a list of schools that aligned with my future career path and interests. Without her, I would’ve been overwhelmed trying to manage college applications on top of academics, sports, clubs, and community service. As soon as we began finalizing my applications, I felt such a sense of relief and excitement because I knew I had someone experienced and supportive guiding me through a process that would’ve been so difficult to navigate alone. My parents were also incredibly relieved to know someone was helping me and it took a huge weight off their shoulder. Ariane didn’t just help with applications. She also coached me through talking to college reps, gave me feedback on how to handle interviews, and helped me understand what to say and what to avoid. That guidance made such a difference, and I truly believe it helped me get into a prestigious college that I’m proud to attend. Without her support, insight, and encouragement, I don’t think this journey would have been anywhere near as smooth or as successful as it was."

"I would like to start off by saying without Ariane and being a part of this program I would not have gotten into every school I applied to. Ariane was an awesome person to work with, get to know, and learn from. She made this process so much less stressful and feel effortless. Each meeting with her felt productive and I felt calm and prepared throughout the whole process. This was something that really stuck out to me, that I knew what to expect because Ariane prepared me and was transparent through the whole process. Even when there was tough conversations that needed to be had, I trusted her and her opinion. I also loved the accessibility I had to Ariane as a resource, she was always available for a quick text, question, or help on common app. She also frequently reached out to ask for an update or just to check in and see how I was doing. Even with the amount of students she was consulting with I never felt like she was unprepared or not updated on my situation when it came time for our meetings and she was always so flexible to try and accommodate my busy schedule as a 3 sport athlete. Overall this program is great and offers so many unique experiences, I loved the little parties held by Lia. This made me feel like a part of a community and it was fun to get to know other seniors from different towns going through the same process. Ariane helped me create a competitive resume that I still use today and the skills that I furthered working with Ariane like reflection, accountability, work ethic will continue to help me be successful. Ariane is such a sweet, kind, and encouraging person that I am so happy I got to work with and anyone moving forward would be so lucky to. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have had the support of Ariane, Lia, and their whole group of resources this is truly how I was able to be successful in the college application process! Roll Blue Hens!!!"

"I feel like we were able to connect very well, Ariane was able to get a sense of what I was looking for very easily and we were able to get right to work which was really helpful because I started receiving help at a later time than most people. In the meetings we had we were able to cover lots of important things while also getting to know each other. It was really great to speak with someone who seems so experienced, it really made me feel confident in the help I was receiving for my college applications. It was always very easy to get in touch, she was very easy to reach and this was very helpful when I needed just some little suggestions or had a couple questions in between meetings. The help with my essays and narrowing down the number of schools I ended up choosing to apply to was probably the most helpful in my experience. I felt like by working with such an intelligent, talented, and knowledgeable person made me feel really good and a LOT less stressed out when it came to my college applications. I attended the meet and greet over the summer at Sweet Scoops and it was my first time meeting Lia and Ariane and some of the other clients in person and it was such a great experience, everyone was so nice and I knew from that time that I was going to have a great time working with Academic Architect. I feel like with the help of Ariane to help make my application as strong as it could be, it made a lot more confident in my ability to get into one of my dream schools. Yes, I was very happy with my results, I could not be happier to be going to Clemson, it is an absolute dream come true. I was accepted to 9/13 of the schools I applied to and got merit money from the majority of them. I didn’t really have any reason I needed to reach out because I didn’t get deferred or waitlisted anywhere, but if I did I would have reached out and asked for advice on what to do in that situation. Overall I had a great experience and I can’t wait to continue to work with Academic Architect in the future when hopefully applying to med school!"

"Working with Ariane made the college application process so much easier and less stressful. She was always easy to reach, and she answered my questions quickly, even when I needed help last minute. She helped me a lot with my essays and resume, making sure everything sounded like me but was also strong and well-written. Even after I finished my applications, Ariane stayed in touch and was still there to support me. I'm really thankful for everything she did to help me."

"I joined quite late and specifically needed help filling out the common app. Ariane helped me with every step and with deciding which schools I should actually apply. She made it very simple for me to get my common app and essays done so I just had to worry about getting my acceptances back. Furthermore the resume Ariane created was very useful for me to use to apply for scholarships. "

"Ariane and I connected very well each time we had a meeting. By having the meetings online, it made it more accessible and easier to schedule. By having the meetings, it helped me ease stress because if I didn’t get the help I would have procrastinated and doing something wrong potentially. I was happy with the results I got with Ariane because it was a big part of getting into college."

"Overall the college process was a lot easier with the help of Ariane. She was very easy to get in contact to and was very available. I can’t really say that Ariane was helpful with one thing, because she helped me do all of it. Even if I knew what I was doing she would just suggest something and it usually helped me a lot. Having Ariane definitely helped me relieve my stress and work load. I am very happy with the results and feel that I made the right decision on where I am going. Even after the last application was submitted, I always felt that if I needed to ask a question or they were always open and willing to answer."

"I would like to say is that Ariane and I had truly become friends by the end of the college application season. When I told her I got into my dream school, she yelled so loud at her home that her family had heard and asked what had happened! She was an amazing help throughout every step of the process, helping me draft strong resumes and college list that helped enhance my application. Our conversations always went well; we shared many laughs and funny moments even when we were in a time crunch, easing any stress I had about deadlines. Ariane responded to any messages I had as quick as possible and was a true supporter of my goals. With the writing, she would provide many insightful tips to make my supplements/personal statement really strong. She really puts a lot of work into making sure that any essay was amazing, doing so much detailed editing that you wouldn’t regularly notice. Ariane was an amazing person to hear college expertise from and her ability to make the best out of any unfortunate situation always cheered me up. Although she has many other clients, she made it her mission to learn who I am as a person and prioritize my needs. I couldn’t recommend a more encouraging person enough!"

"I feel like I could not have done my college application process without Ariane, as her edits on my supplement and college essays made my writing sound professional and compelling. Furthermore, it was super helpful to know what would be a reach, target, or a safety based on my personal stats, which school counselors and the internet can be unhelpful in determining. I feel as if Ariane was cheering me on throughout this entire process, and she was always available to answer my many questions! I also had so much fun getting to know Ariane as a person, as we share a lot of similar interests, which made the stressful process of applying to college feel like a breeze! Additionally, through your program, I was given the opportunity to hear more about the reality of being a veterinarian and the steps it takes to get there, which was super helpful in encouraging me to get more shadowing hours and look for volunteer/internship opportunities this summer! I noticed with Ariane's help that I was a lot less stressed, as I had someone with experience applying to colleges to answer my questions and give me the proper guidance for deadlines and essays. I was very happy with my results, as I made it into my dream school with a $3,500 a year scholarship, got into 3/5 of my reach schools and was waitlisted at 1, and got a significant amount of merit money overall! After the last application was submitted, I still keep in touch with Ariane occasionally, as she is very fun to chat with! I hope to keep in touch with her in the future! :). Thank you for all of your help achieving my dreams!"

"Honestly, I do not know where I would be right now without Ariane and Academic Architect. They have been so helpful in my college journey with getting the best out of me. I am really bad with talking about myself, and I believe that the most beneficial part about this experience for me was getting Ariane’s unbiased opinion on what I should write about or what to include in a resume. Moreover, I knew I could trust her completely because she really took the time to know me. In the beginning, we spent multiple sessions just getting to know each other. As we moved forward, each session would start with just sharing about what has happened in our lives the past two weeks, whether big or small. Overall, it was an incredibly helpful and easy process. I do not regret it one bit and would recommend Academic Architect to anybody."

"I could not be more grateful for the support that Ariane and the whole Academic Architect team gave me. Without Ariane's guidance, none of this would have been possible. I am the oldest of my siblings so my parents were not exactly sure how to go about this process, which is why Ariane was so crucial in making things run smoothly. I felt super comfortable during my meetings. The main goal was obviously to get things done and move forward with the college application process, but I felt that Ariane took time to check in and always ask me how things were going, which meant a lot during such a stressful time. I loved how easy it was to get in touch with her whenever I had a question. Ariane's guidance with my essay and short answer questions on my applications was probably the most beneficial. She really helped me get my feet off the ground with that and enhanced my writing so much. Watching friends navigate this process alone made me feel a lot more stress-free knowing that I had her. I wouldn't have even known where to start which is why services like these are so important. I also felt like it was always a judgement-free zone. Whenever I would be stuck and not know how to move forward, Ariane would help me work through it without questioning. I was happy with my results. I think everything was pretty much expected. I was upset I didn't get into Tennessee, but I went in knowing that that was a big reach. Ariane kept things very realistic with me which I appreciated. I stayed in touch with Ariane while hearing back from schools, and I definitely think a relationship was established and I feel comfortable reaching out to her in the future if needed!"

"Working with my college counselor was an incredibly positive and helpful experience. From the very beginning, I felt that she truly took the time to get to know me as a person, which made the process feel much more personal and less overwhelming. She suggested colleges that genuinely fit my personality, interests, and goals, which made me feel confident in the schools I was applying to.

Throughout the process, she was always available and easy to reach whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Whether it was about my resume, essays, or the Common Application, she provided clear, thoughtful feedback that helped me improve my work and feel more prepared. Our meetings were always productive and reassuring, and I appreciated how supportive and encouraging she was.

One of the most helpful aspects of working together was how much she helped ease my stress. The college application process can feel overwhelming, but having someone knowledgeable and reliable to guide me made a huge difference. I always felt like I had someone I could turn to, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Overall, I truly believe I would not have been able to navigate this process as successfully without her support. I am very happy with my results and so grateful for all of her help."

"Working with Ariane was one of the best decisions I made during the college application process. I came in ambitious, planning to apply to as many schools as possible, with 30 to 40 supplementals on my list. Instead of telling me to cut down, Ariane supported me fully. It was clear she read every essay closely and gave thoughtful, specific feedback on each one.

Taking on such a big task could’ve been overwhelming, but Ariane helped me stay organized and on track. She introduced me to parts of the process I hadn’t known about, and because of her, my applications felt more complete and well-rounded.

Academic Architect also helped promote my nonprofit, which brought us more recognition and support. Scheduling meetings was easy since I could offer multiple time slots, and Ariane was always quick to respond to any questions I had over text.

In the end, I’m going to the University of Illinois, a school with an amazing program for what I want to study. Ariane actually found UIUC early in the process and brought it to my attention. I probably wouldn’t have applied if it weren’t for her, and for that I’ll always be grateful.

Ariane’s guidance, and the way Academic Architect is structured, was exactly what I needed. I’m thankful for everything they’ve done to support me through this process."

"With graduation right around the corner, I want to take a moment to reflect on how much Ariane truly did help me with my college application process. Last year, when I started meeting with Ariane, I really had no idea where I wanted to go or what I wanted to do. She did not hold that against me in any way. She made the whole process feel less stressful and flow much easier. She recommended schools to me based on my likes and dislikes and never once made me feel more stressed or confused. As the oldest sibling and the first to apply and go to college, I couldn't imagine tackling this process without the help of Ariane. I am so grateful for all of the help and support I got from Academic Architect during the past year, and I couldn't be happier and more excited about my next four years!"

"Being the oldest child, I was the first to go through the whole college process. I felt behind when I spoke with my peers, and I was recommended to work with Ariane. She reassured me that I was not behind and created a thoughtful schedule for us to meet, ensuring I met my deadlines. I felt that I could always reach out to ask questions and share important parts of my college journey. Even though I had a very packed schedule with sports and extracurriculars, the flexibility of meeting times allowed me to schedule a meeting that worked with my schedule. After hearing back from all the schools to which I applied, I was left with a hard decision. Ariane offered to have a Zoom call to help me talk about how I was feeling, making me feel supported and confident in my decision. Overall, with Ariane's help, I was able to gain admission to my top schools and find the right one for me with minimal stress."

"I feel that my experience here has been very positive. Connecting with Ariane was very easy and I feel we got a lot done in the realm of college applications. The most useful aspects were the fact that I had a professional to ask all of my college related questions to. Working with you guys definitely got me to do this much earlier than I would have otherwise and I was ahead of many of my peers. This definitley helped ease my stress. I have gotten into all but one of the colleges I applied to! most of which gave merit money. After everything was all submitted, I do feel that you are available to talk to and ask questions to. She has helped me reach my goal in finding the best school for me as well as making me feel the most welcomed and appreciated in this experience. I’m not normally the type for video calls but I found the meetings really chill and casual while also getting everything done. By following her advice, I noticed that I was chipping away at the process without even realizing how far I was coming, like when I finished my college essay or my Common App. She was always quick to answer in times of need and was a very friendly person to work with. "My experience with the Academic Architects was nothing short of outstanding. The support I received from my advisor turned what would’ve been the most stressful experience of my life into a great learning opportunity. When connecting with my advisor, I was able to make my essay and resume look better than ever. And the overall experience gave me a lot more confidence in myself. And when it comes to the effectiveness of the services, I would say it turned out very well. While I did not get into a handful of reach schools, I got into UConn and Quinnipiac which were not safe bets for me to get into. But with the help of the Academic Architects, I now feel like I am set up best for my future and I could not be more thankful for their services."

"I stumbled upon Ariane because of the fact that I wanted help crafting the best college applications and I wasn't sure the best way of doing that. Some of my friends had worked with Ariane throughout high school and recommended her to me, and I am very grateful that they did. My time with Ariane was very short; however, it was very impactful and very much worth my while. I was able to connect with Ariane because of the fact that I was very indecisive and wasn't sure where I would even apply to, and Ariane ended up recommending for me to apply to UVM and Lehigh, 2 out of my 3 final options. By itself, that shows how much I was able to connect with Ariane because of how well she was able to guide me through the process of figuring out the next steps in my life and where I would fit best. The experience also relieved a lot of stress because it set up sorts of deadlines for me to get my work done, alleviating stress from building up to the final moments. It also helped my stress levels because of the fact that it was very easy to contact Ariane and get her what I had done before the meeting so it could be as productive as possible. It was also great being able to get feedback anytime I needed, even if it was only over email. The results of my applications were overall as I expected, and I got into most honors colleges with decent merit at the state schools. However I did get denied and waitlisted from my #1 and #2 choice. Overall, I really appreciated Ariane's help, however brief it was, and I feel it was very helpful in my college application process."

"Working with Ariane through the college process was great! I feel like I was able to establish a great connection with her through our meetings. From helping me create a resume, to editing my countless essays, Ariane never failed to alleviate the stress from the college process. One of my favorite things was how Ariane took the time to edit every single one of my essays and left comments on things I could improve. Her writing skills and editing knowledge were so so so helpful throughout this process. With her help, I saw myself develop as a writer! In addition to this, I truly valued the connection we had. During our meetings, I felt like I could talk about anything that was on my mind and was never afraid to ask questions. Ariane was especially amazing when I had last minute questions! I was truly grateful for her many quick text responses when I was confused on something throughout the process. Even after submitting all of my applications, Ariane never failed to check in with me to see how my decision process was going. This made me feel truly supported and cared for throughout the stressful decision time. I also LOVED Ariane's enthusiasm! Receiving a text from her in all caps saying how proud or excited she was for me always made me smile. Overall, I am very happy with the results of this process. I was accepted into many of my top schools and am committed to Hamilton College, where I know I will thrive. I am so grateful for Ariane’s help and the support from Academic Architect throughout this process. Thank you!!"

"In the beginning, when I would think about the college application process, it made me feel super anxious and overwhelmed. But when I got help from Ariane, it helped reduce some of the stress. I felt she fully understood how I was feeling and what I really wanted out of a university. During the meetings, I found it super helpful how she would really walk you through the whole Common App application. She would also always check in and told me to feel free to reach out if I ever needed any help. There were many times when little questions would come up, and I was able to reach out and get an answer pretty quickly. Ariane made sure to ask me specific questions to help figure out what colleges would be best for me to apply to. I felt like overall she gave some really good options that ended up being on my list.

Slowly throughout the process, I started to feel more at ease and confident in what I wanted. Without Ariane’s help, I don’t think I would have completely known what I was doing, and it would have been a much more confusing process. After all the help, I ended up deciding on the University of Maine for nursing. However, before I made my final decision, Ariane had reached out to ask if I needed any help or wanted to talk about anything to help make my decision. This was super helpful and made me feel like even at the end of it all, I still had someone to help me. I am so happy and grateful with my experience and appreciate all the help!"

"Working with Ariane made the whole college process so much less stressful than I expected. She helped me figure out which schools were actually the right fit for me, which was honestly one of the most helpful parts. I never felt like I was just picking names off a list, rather looking at schools personalized for me. She was also super easy to communicate with, and I always felt like her responses were super fast and helpful. I had no problems scheduling, as Ariane had flexible times.

She also helped me with my essays, supplements, and resume, and I had no idea where to start with any of it before working with her. She helped me put my best ideas on paper and really helped save my Common Application. On top of that, she helped me get into NHS, which was a big deal for me and something I really valued going into my applications.

In the end, I got into every school I applied to, which I am still so happy about. I am really glad with where I ended up. If you are thinking about working with Academic Architect, I would absolutely recommend it! Ariane made the whole experience feel easy, and I am extremely grateful for her help."

"Working with Ariane at Academic Architect was honestly one of the best decisions I made during my college applications. She connected with me right away and always felt like a supportive friend and mentor instead of just a consultant. Our meetings were super productive and actually enjoyable. My favorite moment was when I was stuck deciding between two schools. She listened carefully, gave me honest feedback, and shared her gut feeling about which one would be the better fit. I went with her recommendation, and I’m so happy I did. Getting in touch with her was incredibly easy. I could text or hop on a quick Zoom whenever I needed to, and she always replied right away. She was so available throughout the whole process. Ariane helped me with everything: building a strong resume, brainstorming and editing my essays, filling out the Common App, choosing the right schools, and just being a steady guide through all the confusing parts. She handled all the tedious stuff I didn’t want to deal with and made the entire process feel manageable. Thanks to her, my stress basically disappeared. I felt supported and confident instead of overwhelmed. In the end, I got into my dream school and received merit scholarships at every school I was accepted to. I’m beyond grateful for all her help and would recommend Ariane and Academic Architect to anyone going through the college process."

"I loved meeting with Ariane throughout my college application process. She was always incredibly supportive, easy to talk to, and had thoughtful answers and insights for every question I had. No matter how stressed or overwhelmed I felt, she always made me feel reassured and helped me stay confident throughout the process.

One of the most valuable parts of working with Ariane was her help with my essays. She really helped me strengthen my writing while still making sure everything felt authentic to me. She always knew exactly what was missing and added the perfect finishing touch that made my essays feel polished and complete.

I also appreciated how available and encouraging she was the entire time. I never felt alone in the process because I always knew I could reach out to her with questions or concerns. Working with Ariane made the whole college application experience so much less stressful, and it really helped build my confidence in myself and my abilities. "Working with Ariane made the whole college application process way less stressful than I expected it to be. From the start, she really took the time to get to know me, my interests, and what I wanted for my future. Every meeting felt comfortable and productive, and I never felt overwhelmed because she helped break everything down step-by-step.

One of the best parts was how easy she was to reach whenever I had questions about essays, deadlines, resumes, or schools. She was always supportive and gave honest advice, which helped me feel a lot more confident throughout senior year. The essay and Common App help were probably the most helpful parts for me because I had no idea where to start at first.

I also feel like working with Academic Architect helped me become more confident in myself and my future plans. Instead of stressing over every part of the process, I felt organized and prepared the whole time.

I’m really happy with my results, and because of Ariane’s help and support, I’ll be attending Worcester Polytechnic Institute as part of the Class of 2030 studying Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering. Looking back, I honestly don’t think the process would have gone as smoothly without all of the guidance and support I received."

“Ariane has been a patient, understanding and helpful woman to work with over the past several months.  In dealing with a high-school senior who is struggling with the college application process, Ariane has provided so much guidance with a calm and reassuring demeanor.  She has reached out to various colleges for us, looking for answers to questions that we had.  She has sat with us through challenging conversations in an effort to engage our daughter in the process.  She has helped research various colleges, walked us through the Common App, and found ways to help us when we showed up to our  meets less than prepared.  We love that she shows compassion and draws on personal experience in an effort to put us at ease about helping our daughter apply to college.”

"We are so glad we used academic architect for our son who’s college bound- it took all the stress off me and they did everything from reminders to reiterating importance of deadlines as well as educate us on how to proceed with college, extra curriculars, applying to college and the college essays. My son benefited from someone else “nagging” (as a teen would say) to apply, write the essay and when to take the SATS and how many times to take them. They also helped with sat prep and review. They are available any time you need them even after all was said and done with the process of college applications. They answered our questions promptly and honestly. My son applied to seven colleges and got into all 7! Two reach as well. Ariane formed a deep connection with my son and he looked forward to their meetings each time, even though it was school related. "

"I ran into a friend of mine and we got talking about the college process. She also has 4 boys and she was saying how helpful Academic Architect is and passed along her information. Best decision ever to work with them!  Ariane was organized, peaceful, thoughtful and really connect with Brooks. He looked forward to their meetings. I know my relationship with Brooks and to have to be on top of him during this process that can be stressful was not something I was looking forward. Ariane was the perfect personality/presence for Brooks. She related to him in such as positive way and he always did everything she said without any push from me. With a full time job, 4 boys and life, I was worried about keeping Brooks on track, doing his applications well and meeting all the deadlines. Ariane and Madi really helped put my mind at ease on the application process. Ariane would answer any question either Brooks or I had during our search and applications. I can’t say enough good things about what Lia and Ariane have done for my family!  I will be working with them again for my other children.  Ariane also guided us through the FAFSA process. I highly recommend Academic Architect!"

"I will be very honest in saying that my son is a very driven and passionate person, and anyone working with him on the college process had their work cut out for them. Ariane was a gift. My son left every Ariane meeting feeling confident and wanting to work even harder. He seemed almost energized by her belief in him. She was patient and took extra time with him whether it was the 20 applications, 30+ supplement essays he had to write, or supporting his obsessive nature in making everything perfect. My son was determined to give himself the best chance at attending some of the most competitive universities out there, and Ariane supported that mission.

When my son started receiving his acceptances AND rejections, Ariane was the first person he wanted to tell. I could see he genuinely felt that she would be just excited or disappointed as he was, which is a true testament to how Ariane connected with him. My son did not fair as well as he would have hoped with acceptances or merit money, but he reached high and the competition is ruthless. He does not look back on it as if he did anything wrong in the process, it is just the unfortunate truth in how difficult the process is.

We are grateful for Ariane's belief in him and her commitment to helping him, and for keeping the stress level between us and our son at a minimum!! We couldn't have done it without her."

"We had a wonderful experience working with Ariane as our daughter’s college advisor. From the very beginning, it was clear that Ariane connected easily and naturally with our daughter. She looked forward to their meetings, always commenting on how engaging and insightful their conversations were. Their personalities matched well, which made the process not only productive but enjoyable. Our daughter felt heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

We never felt out of the loop, and it was reassuring to know that our daughter had someone to reach out to at any time.

Ariane’s guidance was invaluable- especially in shaping a thoughtful and realistic college list, navigating the essay writing process, and managing deadlines. Her feedback was constructive and encouraging, which helped build our daughter’s confidence. One of the most helpful aspects was Ariane’s ability to keep our daughter motivated and on track without adding pressure, which greatly eased stress for our entire family.

This year (for the Class of 2025) was particularly challenging, with record-breaking numbers of college applications submitted across the country, adding to the intensity of the process. In hindsight, the only thing we might have done differently is include a few more potential reach schools on our initial list—though that speaks more to the unpredictability of this admissions cycle than any part of the advising process.

We were thrilled with the results. Our daughter received multiple acceptances and was offered merit scholarships at several schools- which Ariane helped bring to life through her guidance and support.

Even after the final applications were submitted, Ariane remained available and engaged. She continued to check in, answer questions, and offer support through the decision-making process. Overall, we are very happy with our experience. We are grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any family navigating the college admissions process. "

"Academic Architects have been great since the first encounter. Lia spoke to me about her process and was able to answer all my questions. She even worked with me on a payment plan. Making appointments were easy. They worked together on his resume, essays, supplementals and applications together. He felt very comfortable working with his advisor, Ariane , and was excited throughout the whole process since she was so encouraging. I can honestly say the process went pretty stress free for our family. The schools he applied to  gave him amazing merit scholarships! We are very pleased with his results. Besides getting into his dream University, Lia helped him get an afterschool job as a babysitter/ tutor- he has been taking care of two boys throughout the school year- 4 days a week! Working with Academic Architects has been a successful experience. "

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Academic Architect, the services they provide, and the incredible people who make up this truly exceptional company. From our very first consultation with Lia—where she generously spent nearly an hour on the phone with me—to college decision day, working with Academic Architect was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

As stressed parents navigating the modern college application process for the first time, having Lia, Ariane, and Connor as guides made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless and manageable. Their expertise, organization, and support gave our family confidence every step of the way.

Ariane took the time to genuinely get to know our son, which was no small feat given how serious, driven, and task-oriented he can be. She quickly understood exactly what motivated him and what he was looking for in a college experience. Her thoughtful guidance led him to consider colleges, essay approaches, and resume strategies he likely would not have pursued otherwise.

One of the greatest gifts Academic Architect gave us as parents was peace of mind. We never once had to worry about missed deadlines, incomplete applications, or forgotten tasks. Everything was organized, clearly communicated, and handled with care and professionalism.

Our son is a high-achieving student, but not someone naturally comfortable celebrating or promoting his accomplishments. Ariane had an incredible ability to help him recognize his strengths and confidently present himself to colleges in an authentic and compelling way. That alone was invaluable. He walked away from every meeting with her feeling calmer, more focused, and more confident about the process ahead.

Although Ariane was our primary consultant, both she and Lia were always available whenever questions came up. No matter how small or random our concerns were, they consistently responded with patience, reassurance, and thoughtful advice. Their level of accessibility and genuine care truly set them apart.

Connor also ensured that the scheduling and coordination process ran flawlessly. Considering how many students and families he was managing, his organization and responsiveness were remarkable and greatly appreciated.

We honestly cannot imagine going through this process without the entire team at Academic Architect. They not only helped our son navigate the college admissions journey successfully, but also made the experience far less stressful for our entire family. We are incredibly grateful for their guidance, expertise, and unwavering support."

"THANK YOU Academic Architect for making this “College Journey” AMAZING for us! When I first contacted Lia at Academic Architect, my daughter was going to start freshman year and we needed help trying to navigate her schedule to ensure she would meet the requirements to apply for Pre-Vet programs following senior year. I was completely put at ease with her soft spoken and friendly demeanor. I also felt confident in her knowledge as a businesswoman as well as her knowledge within the field of college planning. She provided a sense of comfort and encouragement that this process would not require much time on my part but her staff would be there to support my daughter every step of the way.  She was certainly CORRECT!  They were there for every STEP, every CONVERSATION, every QUESTION, and every CONCERN! They were also there for every laugh, every tear, and for special and ordinary moments as well. Their support for my daughter’s dance recitals, choir concerts, musicals, and plays really touched our hearts! Ariane motivated Gabriella throughout the process by providing her assistance with navigating the application deadlines during the most chaotic times in her life and remained there every step of the way! Academic Architect was definitely a valuable asset with our college planning! They have been present and shared in our journey, through and through, not only as mentors but now as FRIENDS! These moments we have shared over the last several years will be cherished and kept close to our hearts. Always remember that we are blessed to have you in our lives TODAY and FOREVER! We look forward to working with you again in the FUTURE!"

"Ariane’s guidance throughout Bella's college application process was truly invaluable. From the very beginning, Ariane was organized, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. As a parent, especially in a world that felt unfamiliar and overwhelming to me, having someone I could trust made all the difference.

What I appreciated most was that Ariane took so much pressure off of me. Instead of constantly having to stay on top of my daughter about deadlines, essays, applications, and next steps, I felt confident knowing Ariane was guiding her every step of the way. Ariane connected with her in a way that kept her motivated, accountable, and much less stressed throughout the process.

Ariane’s support with essays, school selection, and overall coaching was incredibly helpful. Ariane was always available for questions and made both my daughter and our family feel supported from start to finish.

When I initially reached out, Lia was professional and enthusiastic. I respected her honesty and transparency. It was easy for us to jump on board! We didn’t hesitate to jump on the opportunity to give our family and our daughter the opportunity for a positive and stress-free college process. What really pulled us in was the mentoring component. Our daughter was mentored and supported by Ariane, every step of the way through the college process. "As junior year for my oldest began to wind down, I realized the college hunt was looming. I was nervous, I was frightened, I was completely behind on the times. My daughter, being a very strong-willed and scholastically conscious human, had stayed focus throughout middle and high school, making sure to set herself up as a well rounded candidate. However, she needed someone with collegiate knowledge that would guide her through the application process.
Enter Academic Architect Ariane. The weekly counseling sessions were a relief for both Audrey and myself. Ariane was able to provide Audrey insight and guidance to narrowing down the world of colleges to ones that would most suit her needs and personality. From there, she guided Audrey with the application and essay process. Audrey and I were able to thoroughly enjoy college visits. One even included just the two of us on a 4 day, 32 hour road trip adventure, without a single argument - and those of you who have teenage daughter know what a rarity that is! Ariane continued to guide Audrey all the way until “D-day”, helping with supplementals, date reminders, and just being there.
My only complaint is that there is not a support group for moms when these kiddos head off to college this fall. I am thankful, for the support we had, that led to the amazing memories I was able to make with Audrey this past year during the college selection and application process."

"As parents, working with Ariane reduced our stress in having to know all about every aspect of the application process. Her expertise with the common application, essay and writing supplements was invaluable. Her experience gave us a high level of confidence that the materials submitted were well written and accurately represented our student. She was a trusted resource to our family and we appreciated that our student could  seek her guidance and advice. We found that her input often carried more weight than ours, even if we were saying the same thing :) Importantly, our student felt supported during the application process and confident in their approach and materials. He’s thrilled with the college he will be attending this fall."
